Ultimate Human Performance
Performance that’s anything but Traditional
Performance is our #1 Priority.
Too many coaches do “garbage volume training”, or too much “conditioning” and not enough skill development.
Skill development done right will get you in shape for your sport or your task.
Training in relation to GAIT and Forward Movement will take you further in any sport or endeavor than traditional weightlifting.
By being specific with how you are attacking your skills you will learn:
How to Perform under Pressure
How to move properly in the best of and the worst of conditions
If you can get #1 and #2 through our training then you’ll train better. Better training = Better Performance.

Coach and Founder
With a drive to help athletes and people pursue the greatest extent of human performance, Jack has been passionately learning and honing his coaching skills for more than 6 years. As an 2023 NCAA qualifier, Jack has grown from top 100 to top 20 in the country in his 5 years of D1 collegiate experience. After being coached from world-class coaches at Arizona State University like Bob Bowman, well-known coach of Michael Phelps, and the University of Tennessee like Matt Kredich, along with world-renown strength and conditioning coaches, Jack has learned what it takes to produce high level athletes. Additionally, he has learned to separate experts in their craft with beginners and novices starting out on the journey to vitality by James Fitzgerald, 2009 CrossFit Fittest Man on Earth and founder of OPEX fitness, where Jack received his OPEX CCP certification. He has invested much of his time learning anatomy, physiology, and the pursuit of human performance from Dr. Zac Goodman, Chiropractor and owner of Goodman Human Performance in Scottsdale Arizona. Along with these studies, Jack graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. He earned his Master's degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville earning his M.S in Sports Psychology and Motor Behavior. With the pursuit of making coaching a full-time career, Jack loves to connect with new clients and individuals and values the friendships and relationships he has made through this journey.

I am a believer in treating the injured area with movement. Forcing change within you ability to move. In addition to this treatment you must treat the system. So we can go through specific scenarios and exercises to work through. 1:1's are the best way to deal with movement.
